  New internal pine doors and trimming

  Neil installed two new internal pine doors and trimmed four others for us. He was very quick to quote and came round promptly. He provided good quality materials, got on with the work efficiently & enthusiastically and made sure we were happy once he'd finished. If you're looking for a hard-working carpenter - you can't go wrong with Neil. Highly recommended.

  Professional renovation of parquet floor & banister

  Neil replaced the staircase banister, replaced the flooring in the utility room and renovated the parquet floor in the kitchen/diner. All work was professionally completed. In particular, the parquet floor was incredible. It would have been under fitted carpet for decades, but came up looking amazing. I would recommend Neil without hesitation.

  Kitchen Installation

  Neil recently removed the old and installed a new kitchen are in our office. Throughout Neil was really tidy, respectful of the office environment and easy to communicate with even suggesting ways we could save cost with an equally good finish. Most of all we are delighted with the installation, couldn't fault anything.

  Door fitting expert

  Neil came in and was very professional. A great job done in only a few days. Conscious of tidying up each evening. Completed his task to the highest quality. Noticed some small irregularities and made it good. Very pleased with his work ethic and even more important, my wife was very happy!

  This is the second time we have used Woodchip Carpentry and as before the service was outstanding, Neil is everything you would want from a tradesman and I would 100% recommend

  Hanging new internal doors

  Neil was really prompt at replying to my messages, he sourced the doors for us and fitted us in within a couple of weeks. I wasn’t there when he carried out the work but my husband said he was friendly, professional and even insisted on leaving everything tidy after he’d finished. We will definitely use Neil again for future carpenting projects.
