1 Didn't finish the job and very poor quality of work

We contracted Joe for his good reviews on here, but regret it. He promised work would be done in a week, but didn't get the job done as wasn't good with his time management. This impacted our move back into the house. The work is also not good - see attached photos. And the worst was - he didn't even finish the job, left one room half done and threatened to not come back. He got super defensive, rude and arrogant in his comms with us and tried to blame us for not paying him (no true - we paid him 85% of the cost before job was finished as goodwill).
