very quick callout and wonderful service

I will sing to the heavens about how fantastic Wolcroft is!! Like other reviewers I’ve had the council out (twice) for a rat issue, the difference with Wolcroft is like night and day. I had a nosey watching them work, they got straight to doing the job, no dilly-dallying. they actually investigated the cause to prevent the rats from ever returning. These guys are like detectives how they work!! Kept me informed the whole way, showing me everything they were doing. I couldn’t be more impressed. 11/10 - thank you!!

We’ve been plagued by flies everyday last few weeks, we’ve tried spray from the shops, which killed a few, but everyday they were returning in the hundreds. We had another company out last week, who killed the ones in the rooms but the flies returned the next day. Wolcroft offered a guarantee so I decided to give them a shot - SO glad I did, woke up this morning to 50+ dead flies, none alive - they explained to me the full process and went completely above and beyond compared to the other company - really decent chaps too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wolcroft to anyone and everyone!

We’ve dealt with 2 other companies and council staff to try to resolve a mouse issue in our apartment - none of them were as thorough or friendly as wolcroft. I just wish I hadn’t wasted money on the other companies before using wolcroft. Our issue was fully resolved, no more mice - wife is happy she can finally get good nights rest. I highly recommend this company!

John and Abdullah were responsive and very approachable. Called at 2:30pm to inquire about a wasp nest removal and they were on site within 2 hours. Good value for money, very knowledgeable (like other reviewers, I asked a lot of questions), very happy with the quality of work and communication.

They did an amazing job! Got rid of rats and wasps, very quick to get here and were very thorough blocking up the holes the rats had got in through. Highly recommend.
