  Chris was punctual, friendly and very knowledgable. He easily identified the issue, resolved it and did a thorough check of all the surrounding pipework to make sure everything was as it should be. He could have easily upsold to replace all the pipework under our sink, but he simply fixed the problem. I'll be saving his details for any future work we need doing.
