  Boiler was making a noise

  I was kept informed about arrival times, work as the engineer Ryan was trying to work out the problem and solutions to complete the job. He was polite explained everything to me and left everything as he found it. He quickly found the problem and solved it. Will be using them again and shall recommend to others.

  WLV fixed my Boiler issue in less than 4 hours.

  Thank you, WLV Plumbing & Heating Ltd, for your very quick response from my initial Checkatrade enquiry at 10:15am and WLV's call at 10:39am and Ryan's attendance at 1:24pm and the issue with my boiler fixed in 20 minutes, all sorted in less than 4 hours. Keith.

  Fantastic company

  Fabulous company to deal with, honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. The guys always work cleanly and professionally. Wouldn't use anyone else, have serviced my boiler for the past 7 years and will continue to do so. My elderly Mom is prioritised and they have rescued her on a few occasions, thanks guys!

  Each time we use them, they are organised, responsive, turn up when they say they are going to and do a great job. They are confident in their work and on your side and empathetic to you and what you need to happen. It’s a great business to deal with and they have restored our faith in tradespeople and built our trust in them.

  Excellent service and high standards

  Since we bought our house in 2024, WLV heating and plumbing have been in to install new radiators, replaced our kitchen tap, find a leak under the floorboards and service our boiler annually. They provide an excellent service, they're police, professional and helpful, always ensuring they answer questions, explain what work is needed/being done and leave your home tidy. I have recommended them to do work for family and friends and know I can rely on them.
