I was a bit apprehensive as I live on my own and as an elderly person you can’t be too careful. Warren was prompt and very polite. He took the time to make sure he understood what he was going to do and then checked that I was ok with it and confirmed the price we agreed. He told me he would turn the water off for a while and suggested I fill the kettle first. He was very tidy and even hovered up after the job. I couldn’t recommend him enough
