William replied to my request immediately and we arranged an appointment soon after.
The job was a bit tricky as at first I thought I needed the entire toilet replaced, he did a thorough assessment of the work needed & ultimately save me money in the end.
He was very professional, patiently answering & explaining every detail of what he was doing and why.
The work that was completed on time and to a very high standard.

Repair to water supply pipe

William responded immediately to our request arranging a time to come and quote for the job. We had previously called out Pimlico Plumbers which was a total waste of money as the plumber arrived and declared that he could not work with lead pipes. Instead William was knowledgeable and confident. He quoted immediately for the job in writing and then was able to start work the very next day. The repair itself was difficult as the old Victorian lead piping was more fragile than expected, further access was required so William came back the next day with a carpenter & fully fixed the issue.

This turned out to be a much more complicated job than anticipated but William was great and fixed the whole thing even offering to come back and check it was all ok. Great service!
