  I had William and his team to come and sort out my very neglected garden. It had fallen into a state that needed more than a bit of trimming! His quote was very competitive, he turned up on time and completed the job perfectly and as requested. His communication throughout was great. He was thorough and very professional in every aspect of the work he carried out for me including leaving everything clean and tidy and taking all rubbish away. Even after he had departed and I found a small issue that I wasn't satisfied with, he returned at no extra cost and put things right. Highly recommended

  Very happy with the whole experience quick response and visit to my house. The work was carried out on the same day. I was kept informed about the work on my garden and the work was done as I requested. The garden was left clean and tidy will definitely recommend

  I text W Jones to arrange a quote and had a return call straightaway. I sent a couple of pictures and had a quote within minutes. The price was very competitive and I arrange for the job to be done as soon as possible. The job was booked for the following day. Great service and very professional. I would highly recommend W Jones. Thanks again.

  removing unwanted plants and then tidying up

  he arrived promptly and did the work to my specification. cleaned the area and removed all debris when he had finished. checked i was satisfied and only then asked for payment. he was polite and respectful during his visit. I will be using him again.

  Mr Jones gave a realistic quotation. He arrived on time to do the work and completed the job without hesitation. He was polite and didn't ask for payment until he had completed the job.   Great service, trimmed trees and gave advice on diseased trees with options for managing this without any pressure. Cleared everything away and treated roots I’m very happy with outcome and how improved my trees are.
