Wayne has been fantastic from start to finish, we can't thank him enough. We have never done a project like this before and we were very nervous about being taken for a ride by unscrupulous builders. After reading his reviews and knowing he's local, we got in touch with him. From the moment he came to quote, we knew he was the guy for the job, calm, professional and honest. He has arranged and carried out the whole project, advised us, overcome hurdles, arranged deliveries and altered plans to meet our needs, professionally and efficiently. Wayne and Tommy have been absolutely fantastic, always prompt with timings and good at communicating - Wayne always responds quickly to messages. Any issues have been promptly solved and discussed with us. They have been polite, clean and quick with work. They have been amazing with our dog which has definitely eased stressed. Wayne has also stuck to the original quote so there have been no surprises.

Wayne Jurd has completed lots of work, including extension, RSJ, new flooring, new fitted kitchen, electrics and bathroom install. This was a back to brick complete installation including structural work, liaison with building and planning permissions, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating on completion. always a clean up after every days work. Extremely reliable and a perfectionist. I can’t think of anyone else I’d entrust to do such a spectacular, clean finish. Can’t thank Wayne enough, a gentleman and a highly skilled tradesman. WJ Building and Decorating Services are the best thing which could have happened to us in the last ten years! From the very beginning, Wayne listened to everything we asked for and made suggestions where improvements could be made. He and his team were amazingly punctual, diligent, clean, dedicated, friendly and supportive. The whole job was a major upheaval but we could not have gone through this without the professionalism shown. I do not want to praise the company too much as we would like to get him back for other jobs and he is already busy but we are happy to wait when we decide the job!

Wayne and his team separated rooms, installed a wall, two new doorways, moved services to suit and then installed the new kitchen. Watching and cleaning every surface as they went, not just leaving it clean but keeping it safe and clean to walk through at all times. Making all surfaces good and repainting the world, Wayne can be left in the house on his own, we trust him with our keys and to finish when he says he will at the price he has quoted us. His whole team are experts in their own field and are not happy until the job is done right, not just finished but corrected to be right.

Wayne contacted us quickly, came round gave us a solution to our need for extra light, and provided a quote. Job was done very quickly, he was reliable, professional and very tidy. Would definitely use this company again.
