I would recommend Chris and his team. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He did a great job on the installation. He offered advice on style and fitting. He was punctual and courteous.

The one window pane that was replaced cracked overnight within 3 days. I messaged that morning and was informed a replacement was ordered. The cracked glass shattered completely 6 days later leaving my house fully accessible as it was the sliding door window that led to the garden. Someone was sent out to patch the broken glass with plywood but only when I pushed as my house was no longer secure. We went a full 24 hours with a completely broken patio sliding door window. I’ve chased for updates on when the glass is being properly replaced but my last two messages haven’t been responded to.

Chris and Paul were fantastic! They replaced a window with patio doors. Their work was neat and tidy and they arrived on time! They were friendly, polite and professional. I would 100% use them again and will be for other doors, that I will be replacing in the future.

The quote was better that any other quotes (lower price for same product). I also did not have wait weeks for a fitting date like other companies (4-6wks). They were helpful, tidy and gave excellent service and quality work. Could not fault them.
