This review is a little late coming but I wanted to do it justice and put some thought into it. Richard cleaned our carpets for the first time a couple of months ago. My first point of contact with him was encouraging. He phoned me back within an hour, asked the right questions, gave me a price (which he stuck to), got specific directions to our home, and said he would text 30 minutes before he arrived (which he did). He also suggested that upon hanging up that I immediately save his contact details for further reference, which I did.
