We had a burst pipe at 9pm on a Saturday night. Once I’d turned off the water I sent Richard a WhatsApp asking if he could come over the next day. I wasn’t optimistic that he’d answer late on a Saturday OR want to work on a Sunday but he did both. He asked for photos and brought the correct replacement parts with him the following afternoon. He stayed in touch with his ETA and arrived punctually. He completed the fix, explained everything he’d done and showed me a more straightforward way to turn off the water if anything similar occurs in future. Professional, friendly, brilliant service.

Just about to complete and exchange contracts, with two days to go, boiler decides to stop working. I phoned Richard on a Saturday evening and he can first thing Monday, travelling across the Dartford river crossing to Hornchurch. Richard gained access to my mums property as vacant and completed the repairs, PCB board replaced and now heating working. He saved the day as contracts exchanged the following day. Talk about helping me out. Brilliant swift service. Fully recommend him for any future work.

After initial consultation, Richard came within a couple of days after request and fitted a new boiler and thermostat. Personable, professional and did an excellent job. Left the place clean and tidy. All warranties emailed to me within two days. Very happy with the work and would use this company again.

I can't recommend Richard enough! He came out the very next day, quickly assessed the situation, and explained exactly what was needed. He was incredibly personable, polite, and knowledgeable, taking the time to give us all the information we needed to decide between changing the system or simply replacing the boiler—no pushy upselling at all. Just a few days later, he and his colleague completed a full system change. The quality of work was great, and it was excellent value for money. Extremely impressed and would highly recommend his services to anyone.
