His guidance took the stress out of what is normally a very stressful experience, making the entire process smooth and easy.

I have worked with Wisebuild Construction Ltd for c20 years dealing mainly with domestic extension, conversion and alteration work in the Central, SW London & Surrey areas. Working together I was responsible for all the planning & pre-contract work with Wisebuild dealing with the construction phase. The business survived and flourished on recommendations and referrals with strict management of time, cost and quality on all projects. I recently had some remedial works carried out on my foundations by Wisebuild Construction. From start to finish the service was professional and reassuring. The work was undertaken quickly and efficiently and the team on site were polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. I don’t have a side access to my so there a lot of disruption during the works but you wouldn’t know they had been there now. Communication was also clear and everything was explained in a way I could understand. The price was also fair and as agreed and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul and his team again.
