Polite and professional. Listened to what I wanted to be looked at and reviewed any additional issues and showed them to me on a camera. Completed the work in a timely manner and left the job tidy.

The job was completed within 24 hrs of contact. We were informed of arrival time so no inconvenience. The job was done without fuss & the area was left clean . It was a pleasure to deal with Wirral Drainage as they made a horrible task as pleasant as possible.

Howard was polite and reliable. Communication was excellent throughout and the work was carried out to a very high standard. The patio was left spotless and all rubbish removed. Would definitely consult Howard if we needed work doing in the future.

Howard was absolutely superb. We had a complicated drain issue that he was able to identify and deal with. He provided us with options and gave a good explanation as to what the pros and cons of those options were. I would highly recommend this company.
