Howard was very quick to respond and the job was completed in less than 24 hours from first communication. Pricing was reasonable (in line with quotes from other companies). He was professional, friendly and happy to offer helpful advice before and after completion of the work. Would highly recommend.

What an honest engineer. I contacted Howard about our blocked drain and asked for an idea of cost. Howard informed me that, in the area where we live most properties have shared drains which it transpired we do. That being the case he said, the blockage is the responsibility of United Utilities to clear free of charge. He even gave me the telephone number to call. UU attended today and the blockage was cleared at no charge. Thanks so much Howard, a less honest engineer could have attended and charge me.

Polite and professional. Listened to what I wanted to be looked at and reviewed any additional issues and showed them to me on a camera. Completed the work in a timely manner and left the job tidy.

The job was completed within 24 hrs of contact. We were informed of arrival time so no inconvenience. The job was done without fuss & the area was left clean . It was a pleasure to deal with Wirral Drainage as they made a horrible task as pleasant as possible.

Howard was polite and reliable. Communication was excellent throughout and the work was carried out to a very high standard. The patio was left spotless and all rubbish removed. Would definitely consult Howard if we needed work doing in the future.
