I was delighted that the company arranged a visit for the work on a day to suit me and kept me informed re arrival time. The electrician and his mate worked well together and completed the work tidily and efficiently - thanks so much for making this so easy!

Initially when I contacted them, response times were a bit slow, but I think that was because I’d emailed the wrong address maybe, once they had responded to my initial email response times were prompt, they were good with communication on the phone and via email. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Josh, who installed our panels, was really knowledgeable and helped us to make the choices that suited us. I have and will continue to recommend Wired Weston and would definitely use them again. Thanks very much!

company confirmed appointment the day before. made sure I was aware of arrival time. Let me know they were on their way an hour before they arrived. Engineers were helpful and polite.

Reacted promptly to my request. Came out quickly and came back quickly with a competitive quote. Very efficient and polite workmen. My only disappointment is they didn’t replace the insulation back in the loft(something I can’t get up there to do) and left the old equipment. Otherwise 10/10
