  I first contacted Luccian at the recommendation of my neighbour and I’ve been so happy with all the work he’s done for us to date. He’s friendly, always on time, and he responds to texts and calls very quickly. His work is always of a high standard. I trust that he can get the job done and that I won’t be ripped off along the way. He was recommended to me for a reason and I would recommend him to anyone.

  Luccian did a fantastic job fixing a bathroom issue—efficient and resolved everything in one visit. Communication was excellent throughout, with photos and videos provided as it’s a tenanted property. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

  Installed household pump perfectly

  Luccian was recommended by a trusted tradesman whom I've known for several years. He was able to respond quickly to our enquiry regarding our defective household pump. He was able to source and fit the replacement within the week and the new pump was installed perfectly. I'm very happy to recommend Luccian without hesitation to anyone whom might ask me. I have already asked him to undertake other work for us because he's technically excellent at his trade, affable, reliable, honest and local.

  Attentive, thorough, professional, timely

  Luccian and the team were very professional, attentive and invested from start to finish, taking care to get every detail perfected. The team answered any queries I had and were there every step of the way to make sure everything was right. They were also very timely in completion of the works. I am very happy with the end result of my bathroom renovation and would absolutely recommend the team’s services to anyone.

  Outstanding Bathroom Renovation – Highly Recommended

  After being left distraught by a previous builder and the poor quality of their work, I contacted Luccian, who came out the very same day after hearing how upset I was. He and his team took over the project and started again from scratch. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail, were punctual, tidy and kept me updated throughout. My small ensuite has been transformed into a luxury bathroom. It’s hard to find good tradespeople, but I would highly recommend W Installation Services.
