Winsor construction completed an extension on our house providing us with much needed living and kitchen space. The work was conducted thoughtfully, trying to minimise disruption as we had to live there while the work was ongoing. Carl project managed ut all and was communicative at all times, engaging with us on the design, making suggestions for improvements and always thinking one step ahead. We love the new space we have and it has changed how we live daily. We would definitely recommend Carl and will be seeking him to do other projects for us in future!

Excellent communication from initial contact until end of the job. Polite and professional throughout the process of discussing the work to be undertaken, with some good advice given, regarding the options available. We were first impressed by the City and Guilds qualification . Thereafter an estimate was sent after careful assessment of the job. We were given a provisional start date and were updated when necessary. Great thought was given to keep access to the loft area clean, and to the comfort of the family during work being carried out. All roofing work carried out efficiently , leaving us confident in all the works when completed.

Carl is a reliable builder who turns up when he says he will. He works tirelessly throughout the day. He communicates clearly and effectively when issues arise and finds solutions that work for both of us. We trusted Carl fully with the job and we are more than happy with the results. What a fabulous service! Winsor Construction came out first thing and made the area safe. They removed the door canopy neatly and quickly, and took the offending object away afterwards. It was so difficult to find a reliable & trustworthy builder to do this complicated job. However, Carl Winsor has been exceptional throughout. His communication, price, reliability, knowledge and skill at the reconstruction of the external steps has been first class. We really could not have asked for more.
