My hob grid broken into pieces and it was too old to be replaced. Really pleased with Ben’s service provided. He quickly understood exactly what the issue was and knew how to fix it without any fuss. Communication was excellent throughout — messages were answered promptly, which made arranging everything very easy and stress-free. The repair itself was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, and everything is now working perfectly. It’s great to find someone who is both reliable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This is the second job Ben has done for us, having made steel balustrades for our garden step and a side gate a few years ago. He completed new balustrades for our steps outside our porch in time before Xmas having been out twice to take and check measurements. His professionalism, skill and attention to details resulted in another outstanding finish which raised the overall look of the front of the house. We’ve had many compliments about the quality of the work from neighbours. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ben’s services again or recommend to others.

We had the need to contact Ben at Winskell Enterprises regarding a snagging issue with the gates they had fitted for us the previous year. Sometimes problems occur and it how the company deal with these that tells you so much about them. In this regard, we could not be more impressed with the way the matter was dealt with in an honest and straightforward manner. The issue was completely resolved in a timely way and we are very happy with the result.. We often get complements from other trades people in respect of the gates. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Ben did for us. He accepted a welding job that nobody else wanted to touch and absolutely exceeded our expectations. He added new steps to our metal stairs and went above and beyond by reinforcing and fixing the entire structure. The result is solid, safe, and looks great.
