Winmill Plumbing & Heating were outstanding from start to finish. When we discovered a leak coming through a downlighter in the hall above the airing cupboard, they quickly diagnosed the issue as a split tank. Their engineer attended at short notice, replaced the tank within 24 hours, and even worked into the evening to make sure we weren’t left without hot water or heating overnight during winter. Their pricing was very competitive, and they returned the following day to check everything was working perfectly and that we were happy. Exceptional service — I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Brian was really helpful with some issues we had in our new home - he came by on the first day, and there was an issue with the stopcock, and we couldn’t locate the outside one. He came back the following day with the tools needed and fixed the stopcock and then did a quick and efficient job at adjusting the pipes in the loft to improve our water pressure (the original job he came to do) - really helpful, kind and hard working! Will definitely be using his services again, highly recommend.

We were really impressed with the cheerful and professional service that was provided with our repairs and bathroom improvement. We had a small toilet leak that was swiftly and effectively fixed. Our old shower was then removed with a new monsoon one fitted, along with a bath panel. Where problems with the installation were encountered, these were discussed with us and ideas put forward as to how to overcome them. When decisions were reached, the work was completed to a high standard and we have been really pleased with the result since then. Really good service!
