H supported a mixture of small jobs to get a home "ready to let". Was approachable at all times and gave good advice re. sourcing appropriate main parts for the jobs, so majority of his cost was labour only. Haden presented well and professional. We talked through what I wanted him to do which he listened to and he set to work straight away. Once the job was done he cleared up and left the room tidy. He was friendly, knew what he was doing and I was very pleased.
