Chris took exceptional care installing our log burner and definitely went the extra mile with the detail. We are incredibly happy and cannot recommend Windsor and Eton Stoves enough!

Customer service is excellent - from receiving the quotes through to installation of my wood burning stove which included building a false chimney to incorporate the stove. Chris has always been on hand to answer any queries I have had ... before, during and after installation. The professionalism and quality of workmanship is first class. I would highly recommend Windsor & Eton Stoves to anyone thinking of installing a wood burning stove.

I had been let down by a previous company. Chris was recommended to me by a mutual friend. The difference in professionalism, caring and workmanship was amazing. We had a great experience with Chris and team and would highly recommend them. Chris came out to view the fireplace and discuss the different options available to us. We went to his store and to discuss the different stove options and what would be best for our space. The quote system provided was clear and gave us the option to select exactly what we wanted. Chris was understanding and gave us the option to split the work over a couple of weeks to allow us to complete other renovations. We really appreciated the teams expert knowledge and advice to get the perfect burner and hearth for us.

A speedy and excellent experience and N.B. No deposits requested for initial on-site survey. Chris stepped us through the options some of which we were not aware of and all of which improved the final system. During installation he encountered some problems, overcame them and despite the delay stuck to the quoted price and hit the agreed completion date. He went through in detail the best usage , potential problems, and advised reliable fuel suppliers The place was left clean and tidy and the installation looks very smart and performs well. We are really satisfied - a highly recommended firm.

This is our second installation of a log burner by Windsor & Eton Stoves. Chris and the team have been great from start to finish and we are extremely happy with our new stove. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped us with making the right choices. We would highly recommend them.
