Everything about our wood burning stove installation was first class. Chris and his co worker Robert were 100% efficient and professional and they have done a fine job .The whole process was calmly managed and ran very smoothly.

Chris was both friendly and very professional from the survey to the commission of the stove . We had a problem with the chimney that needed some repair Chris came back the next day and carried out the work. We would like to thank him for the service. Chris carefully went through the log burner options available for our fireplace. We required old plaster & flue to be removed and a new flue and burner to be inserted, plus re-plastering. Chris and his colleague completed the work when they said, worked very efficiently and always left the house really tidy. Chris then went through how to fire up the burner, what to burn and sent a very thorough email with all the instructions. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Customer service is excellent - from receiving the quotes through to installation of my wood burning stove which included building a false chimney to incorporate the stove. Chris has always been on hand to answer any queries I have had ... before, during and after installation. The professionalism and quality of workmanship is first class.
