Great job. Gavin fixed our bathroom window quickly and explained all our options clearly. We also had a slight issue with our front door handle which we hadn't previously mentioned prior to his visit but he had no problem with taking a look and got it fixed

The work was carried out in an efficiently. Arrived when arranged and left the site clean and tidy. Very pleased with the service.

Excellent & extremely prompt service from Gavin to my request to change the hinges in a bedroom window. Removing the safety restrictor within the frame which were becoming harder to override & changing them to ones that allowed the window to freely open & become an exit route if needed. Gavin had to disassemble the window completely removing the glass in order to get at the frame going above & beyond changing the hinges to fire escape ones allowing the window to open further than an ‘ordinary’ hinge would. The work was carried out quickly, without any mess & at a reasonable cost. Very happy.

Gavin was very polite and professional and carried out an excellent repair to our aluminium bifolds which are as good as new. He also adjusted some windows and doors which now close perfectly. Professional pleasant and efficient.
