Very easy to communicate with via the app. Visited my property promptly to visit and view the job and provide quotation and then very flexible to fit in the repair of my window.

Following an attempted break-in, they responded promptly to our request for help. They arrived when they said they would and made temporary repairs. They gave advice on how we could achieve the best security on our door locks without spending more money than was necessary. They provided prompt quotes for this upgrade and, using a clever on-line system, we were able to accept the quote quickly and allow the parts to be ordered. Once the new locks were available they fitted them within 24hrs. They were friendly and super helpful and are a local company based in Kirkintilloch.

The work was carried out efficiently and promptly. We are very pleased with the result and would use the company again

Can't praise this company enough from start to finish it was seamless..reasonable pricing for good quality stuff ...communication from leigh in the off and from davie and Lewis on the job was second to none ...guys were pleasant and professional always tidying up after themselves .left a first class job for us ... thanks window tec team ....ps the guys like a pie or sausage roll lol 😆...

I would avoid at all costs. Phoned on Friday to ask for someone to come out, agreed the Wednesday but when I called around 4pm they said they had the wrong number for me. Agreed Friday morning 9am for a rescheduled visit and nothing, no call or visit. AVOID.
