Paul came to site for measuring up at the time he said and seemed to be very knowable about his windows and doors. We received the quotation in a timely fashion and the cost was very reasonable. We had two window units replaced because they had misted over after many years and repair to various architraves around our bay window. The fitter made sure the bay window was insulated and did the work to a very good standard, was clean & tidy and very polite. When Peter came round to quote for the repair of a broken hinge on my bi-folding doors, I was impressed that he was curious why the hinge had broken he found that the doors were sagging and putting a lot of weight on the hinge. Previous repairmen had not shown any curiosity as to why the hinge had broken; they were just there to fix it. Peter and Colin are very knowledgeable about all things glazed and were able to give some clues as to why the problem occurs. So they heeled and toed the double glazed unit into the frames which will hopefully sort the problem out longer term. Neat, tidy work.Verified reviewerJob location: SW19
