Two glass roof panels in our conservatory needed replacing and one large panel with 'arch' also needed replacing. Two window locks were broken. Gary and team were excellent. Everything was repaired within two weeks. We highly recommend this company.

The work was completed, shortly after I accepted the quote, to a very high standard with meticulous attention to detail by Darren. The windows look like new and have really improved my property. I was contacted by Gary on the day I submitted my request for quote. He listened to the issues I had and immediately understood what needed to be done. He sent someone out within a few days and the work was completed well and to a high standard. Their communication was excellent. They contacted me prior to their arrival. I had a couple of additional questions following completion of the work and Gary again was very happy to talk me through that. I can highly recommend Window SOS.

I enquired on the website for an issue with 3 windows that would not open. I had another company previously who were unable to repair them so i didn't have high hopes. On Monday morning i got a call from Gary and was booked in for that afternoon. The gentleman that came (unsure of his name sorry) did a brilliant job and got them all fixed! What fantastic service. Would highly recommend this company. Very reliable, just what you need!
