Our conservatory roof had been leaking & we had someone come out and “fix” it, that person supposedly guaranteed their work but then didn’t come back out to fix it when it was still leaking! Alasdair came out and checked the previous person’s work over and rectified it, immediately we could see how bad the previous work was when Alasdair fixed it properly! Also was happy to give us advice about other things too. Will be saving his details for any future issues that need work!
