Window Genie were fantastic. - They diagnosed and clearly communicated the issue with my balcony patio door. - On the day of installation, it was seamless, they arrived, were polite and considerate, cracked on and did a great job and tidied up after themselves. -

Harry and his team from Window Genies were very helpful from the start. We were offered plenty of options. Our house was left tidy and the finish on the windows inside and out is top notch. The work they did was included in our loft conversion and they were contracted by our builder... we were so impressed that we decided to get them back to replace even more of our windows.

Window Genies installed a porch door and window to replace an old wooden one. They gave excellent advice and retained the original edwardian features of the house which I wanted. They replaced the back door and window earlier in the year. I would highly recommend them. There was no fuss from start to finish and I felt in safe hands. I would definitely have them back!

Harry and his team were fantastic from start to finish , work was carried out renewing a bay window for my elderly parents. New window is upvc and great quality . No mess and nothing was too much for them . 100% would recommend for cost and reliability.

Harry and his team replaced 15 of our windows and we are so so pleased with the whole experience start to finish. Harry made some great suggestions that we hadn’t thought of and we were so grateful for his input. The price and quality was unbeatable and they were efficient and left the house spotless. turnaround was faster than any other quote and they came in far cheaper as they work direct with suppliers so the quality was 5star.
