    Replied to enquiry within a day, and was down to view & measure up the window replacement the same week. Communicated any issues & came back to replace the window in good time. Quote after seeing window via pictures was the same as when he came to view it.

    The gentleman arrived at a reasonable time.. looked at the problem and soon sorted it out. Now the door will close and lock . It was a good job ,done expertly and at reasonable price.. will continue to use the company for any future projects
