  Joseph replied straight away to my request through CAT. He quoted me and came out and fixed the window within 2 hours as he had availability. He was polite, tidy and the window works better than it had done before it broke. Would highly recommend

  Prompt reply and visit, quote the next day, and just done. A very professional and business like job. Note: unlike other Checkatrade referrals I have had for domestic work, there we absolutely no communication issues.

  Replaced broken window pane

  I had two windows which broken on a Saturday called Joseph and on Monday he was here, ready. Luckily, after inspection, he found that the repairs were minor and Joseph fixed both windows very quickly. Everything needed for the repair was already in his van and it hardly took any time at sll, I was really happy and the price was decent too. All in all, I was very happy and would recommend Joseph very strongly. Very pleased.
