  Good job replacing broken window lock, happy to recommend

  Our bathroom window lock was stuck and Joe replied to my enquiry within half an hour, giving an estimate and a same day appointment. He turned up on time, explained what needed doing, replaced the lock and cleared up after the work, charging as quoted. We found him pleasant and helpful, we are pleased with the work done and are happy to recommend him on the basis of our experience today.

  I had a very prompt response from Joe (within minutes from posting the job request on Checkatrade.com), a prompt quote and the job was completed quickly. The day after the glass was replaced, I noticed that the window was catching at the bottom. I informed Joe and within a couple of days he visited again to sort that out. He also offered to re-visit in case the problem reappears. A constructive criticism point could be: test the window before you leave to ensure that all is ok. :)

  We got in touch with Window Fixers as we needed a window that wouldn’t open to be repaired. They responded and were booked to do the job within an hour. The job was done the following day for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

  Joe and Alex came out to fix a window that had dropped and wasn't closing properly. They were nice guys and very professional. They completed the work to a high standard and let me know what the problem was and what was replaced. If I ever need any work regarding windows in the future I will give them a call, highly recommended
