  Even though the job was completed in under 15 minutes, bit disappointed that I could not pay straight away as I just wanted to get this done and dusted. Still waiting for email so I can pay £55.00 for job.

  Fix of broken window lock, in double glazed window unit.

  I called up & explained the problem with my window. Was given a probable reason for the fault over the phone, an estimate of the cost & arranged an appointment. Fitter was running a few minutes late, so he messaged me to inform me of his new expected arrival. Fault was as he'd suggested, he replaced the locking mechanism. Pricing was as estimated. Great service. Many thanks.
