We needed windows and patio doors for our renovated kitchen, and new sash windows for some of rooms on our first floor and new loft. Elliott was great at advising, he was professional throughout, patient when I changed my mind, and excellent at keeping me updated. Great service, would definitely use them again.

We had new windows and a front door fitted by Windows Express and couldn’t be happier. No pushy sales, just a fair price and honest advice—so much better than dealing with the big national firms. Choosing a local company really paid off. Huge thanks to Roger and Richard, the fitters, who were friendly, tidy, and did an outstanding job with great attention to detail. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time; very efficient and got on with job with no breaks for tea , although offered. Highly recommended.

About 70% of the windows in my house were replaced over three days. The two - man team did a good job and I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the new windows they have installed. There was an issue when one of the men put pressure on a bath tap in a difficult-to-access area but this has not turned out to be a problem - and Window Express offered to pay for it if it was. Amongst several quotes for this job, Window Express was the best by £5,000. Stephanie the coordinator is very efficient and very nice.

Window Express replaced some old patio doors at the back of the house. The staff were very friendly and they were very informative when they visited the house to measure up, answering all of my questions and without acting like a salesman. Stephanie, who answers the phone at Window Express, was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The work was done yesterday and they made a very good job of it. They ensured that any gaps around the frame were filled with foam and finished the edges neatly. The patio doors work perfectly and look good.
