Booked a visit for 9 am Tuesday 20th May. The house is empty and I arranged to be there at 9. Sat in my car outside an empty house for just over an hour and the tradesman didn't show. Tried twice to ring him but no answer. Left a message the first time after half an hour of waiting asking him if he was still coming and to please ring me, but no response. Called Kalun because we were having major problems shutting our bifold doors. He was working close by & popped over within an hour. He was professional, tidy & reassuring. 10 Fitted a cat flap into our double glazed glass doors.
