Today my cat flap was fitted in my garden door. The whole process was made so delightfully easy. From the initial measuring up to the fitting today it has all gone so smoothly. Ian came to look at some windows that had issues. He responded quickly and was able to come out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issues, fully explained what was needed in an easy to understand way and was upfront with the costs and the work required to fix them. Luckily he was able to complete the work at the time which he undertook in a very professional manner. Ian did a fantastic job he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very hard working, ensuring I was happy with the work as he went along. He left everything spotless.
