0 Unprofessional and still needs to refund me >£650

Avoid. Fred carried out work in Jan 2026 (window overhaul/fire door remedials). I was told an invoice and door guarantee would be provided post-payment, but have still not received these. A subsequent fire door inspection found his work did not meet the required standard (failed on points he was supposed to address). Also, due to a banking app error my payment (>£650) was sent twice. Fred has not refunded this and has stopped responding. Overall frustrating experience and the matter remains unresolved. They come make a quote , we agreed on prices and the asked me for a deposit of the value of £350 which they needed to purchase the new windows. Such speedy and professional service! My aluminium door became blocked and would not open.
