  Terrible impression. Wasted my time after moving things to fit them in. And then heard nothing in the morning. I Texted and called and had no answer. When he was 20 minutes late. He texted back eventually about some leak. And would be around later. Time came and he was late again. Then texted me he was heading home. Don't bother.

  We had our bathroom completed refurbished and decororated

  A thoroughly professional job! Whenever there were issues with the design Mark was quick to offer a solution and always ensured we were happy. He made sure he left it very tidy at the end of every day and also that the bathroom would be usable for a long as possible. He was always happy to source parts and a skip as required and was very friendly. We are very happy with the finished result and smart finish. We would recommend Wincroft Property Maintenance to anyone.

  Putting a new wooden floor in the kitchen, dinning room and lounge. Replacing old laminate floor.

  We had to replace the old laminate flooring as there must been a water leek from previous owners. This meant a lot off damaged was made and Mark had to replace wood underneath and make it secure before the new wooden floor went down. Mark was a professional in all work carried out. He also tiled the porch and hall way . We have dogs and it's easier for cleaning. All work carried out was to a high standard. He does everything tiling,plastering. We will certainly be using him when we get our kitchen replaced in the future. We would recommend to family and friends. Such a nice guy.
