Richard was quick to respond and although I was not available, he gave me another immediate contact. He asked me text him the measurements which I did and within few minutes he gave me a quote. As I had already received other quotes, I noticed Wincobank was reasonable for my budget. Once agreed on the price. He came out to take the measurements, didn’t ask for a deposit and gave me a time frame of 2 weeks to fit the new window. Sure enough the work was done as promised and he was quick and tidy. Richard was quick to respond to my job posting, he came out to measure the next day and ordered the glass straight away. He's since been back to fix it and good as new!
