Phil responded promptly to my request. He kept his word, and repaired the gable in dry weather. The repair has been completed to a high standard. The area has been left clean and tidy. I will definitely call on Phil should I have any other roofing issues in the future.

I contacted Phil about getting a quote for roof work and he booked it in to his diary with my contact details. I don't live at the property so had to drive out and get an estate agent to grant access. He did not arrive and made no contact with me. After I chased he gave me an excuse the next day. I decided to give a second chance, unfortunately I was ghosted for a second time today. No show with an hour round trip after work, a waste of time for my estate agent again and zero communication. No calls, no texts, extremely unprofessional. I should have seen the red flag when he called me darling
