Our house previously had electric storage heaters, and we decided it was time to upgrade. With no gas mains to the house, we opted for a heatpump. Alec was quick to conduct a survey, including a full design for the house as we needed a new hot water tank, radiators and all of the piping - pretty much a full refurb. Once we accepted the quote, the dates were set pretty quickly and most of the work was done while we were on holiday. Things took a bit longer than planned due to a few issues with our house, but Alec managed to work around everything and kept us updated throughout

Alec was quick to respond and communicate. Very friendly, considerate and talked through the issue to achieve most efficient solution. Very much appreciated! Definitely will use again, when required!

I cannot commend Alec and Wiltshire Renewables highly enough. We arrived home after a few days away to find our boiler not firing. No hot water and heating in a house with 2 kids under 4. Cue urgently trying to find someone to come out. 1st plumber said the pump needed to be replaced. Alec replied to my CAT post and said he would be with me in the afternoon. He displayed comprehensive oil boiler knowledge, went thru steps to diagnose and repair, eventually McGuivering a solution to getting air bubbles out of the delivery pipe and get the boiler working. Thank you.

Chris provided first class service from minute one. My gran has an old oil boiler which stopped working, Chris instantly responded to the call and was at the door within 2 hours to start the repair. Few days later and we have a very happy and warm gran. She was extremely pleased with his pleasant professional service and would 100% recommended. Thank you once again.

Very friendly team who were able to explain in simple terms what needed to be done. Completed work to schedule and heating has been great ever since. Highly recommended.
