Cris fixed our leak yesterday. He arrived on time, was clean and efficient. He replaced all three valves on the water softener and solved the leak problem. He also adjusted the water level sensor so the audible alarm works correctly again. We recommend his services.

Cris and his wife turned up to answer our emergency call within an hour. Cris was very professional and reassuring in diagnosing the problem. He promptly sourced a new tank, a special size to fit through our loft hatch and it had to be ordered. The tank arrived the next day and he wasted no time in getting it fitted. His prompt action certainly saved us having to make a significant insurance claim and he got our hot water working again inside 24 hrs (if a standard tank was available it would have been about 6 hrs). Cris and his wife also happen to be lovely people, a delight to talk to.
