  Called Wilson’s. Explained I was getting debris falling down the chimney. They said it was likely a bird. Called out next morning swept the chimney and removed a pigeon which they were able to release safely.They also fitted me some caps on the chimney pots, so no more pigeons. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Polite, well mannered and professional

  Soot everywhere!

  I was really disappointed. I didn't get the names of the two people who came. | understand that my chimney may have been a tricky one, but they managed to fill most of my house with soot. They opened the front door and the window in the dining room (middle room in a terrace), they closed the kitchen door but no other doors. When they started sweeping my dining room and the hall filled with soot setting off my smoke alarm repeatedly. The soot was in the air settling everywhere. It has been a lot of cleaning all of which could have been avoided by just sealing off the doorway into the hall.

  Chimney swept after many years!. Came out at short notice. And left with 4/5 bags full of soot.

  4 chimneys sweeper, 2 smokes tested and certified

  Good communication, excellent price, fast service. Talked me through the process showed me the chimney was working with smoke bomb. Protected house with sheets, cleaned up after themselves and took all rubbish away. I would recommend as swift, efficient, well priced, knowledgeable and creditable.

  Couldn’t say anything more positive about the service Steve provided. As soon as I opened the door I got great vibes. He was friendly, laid back, professional, informative and patient with me. Work carried out was top notch and Steve even explained everything to me and how to keep my fireplace in good order. Would 100% use Wilson’s chimney sweep in the future!
