Excellent communication throughout. We had an issue with a built in cistern constantly running. Kieran came out at short notice and successfully diagnosed the faulty parts. Turned out to be a smaller job than expected (We had been told by another plumber that it wouldn’t be possible to repair/replace the faulty mechanism in our built in cistern without removing a load of tiles). He sourced the parts and arranged a time a few days later to complete the repair. Really glad we went with Wilson Heat Services. Definitely recommend
