Excellent service from start to finish. Their client manager, Savannah, is fantastic. She checked our whole Chartered Surveyor's report, not just the 3 probs I was concerned about, so that the structural engineer could thoroughly check there were no other concerns they needed to look at. They delivered their full, very detailed, report ahead of schedule and have absolutely given me peace of mind to go ahead with the purchase.
