  Excellent communication.Very quick response to emails. Surveyor arrived on time and was helpful and friendly.A report was sent after a couple of days with a list of recommendations for repairs. I was reassured that the cracks assessed were of no cause for concern. I would use this company again.

  Structural engineering assessment for residential property prior to purchasing, following a Level RICS survey which flagged potential issues. Wilson were prompt to respond to my enquiry and get the date arranged for the survey. Report was concise and investigated the issues required, giving an objective view of the issues and recommended solutions. The report provided confidence and allowed us to proceed with the purchase.

  After a home buyer survey flagged up some potential structural issues on the property we were selling we decided to get a structural survey to investigate what was going on. From initial contact to getting the final report through the customer service team were excellent, really helpful and friendly. Chris the surveyor who came out was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and was able to provide a detailed report just a few days after his visit, earlier than expected. We found them to be competitively priced and would definitely use again should the need arise.

  Just the help we needed

  We have no knowledge or experience of building but wanted to put a small extension on our house. The team at Wilson's have supported us brilliantly all through the process. Dealing with planners, the council departments etc., is like another language and they dealt with everything. They explained to us the best way to go about things and guided us through. All communication has been quick and thorough. We cannot fault them at all and are more than happy with the service we have received. Recommended.
