  Professional, courteous & thorough

  I requested a report on a Bathroom re-model & a General report of the property. From initial Customer service contact to the final report, Wilson's has been both professional & courteous. Joe (the Surveyor), contacted us with a time slot & was very thorough in his assessment, explaining the issues & possible remedies in an easy to understand way. The final report was delivered quickly with recommendations & rough figures for us to begin a review remedial work. I would definitely recommend Wilson's & look forward to working with them in the future.

  Inspection to establish cause of cracking to walls

  I asked Wilson Architectural Engineering (WAE) to inspect and provide a report on the cause of cracking to part of our house. The inspection was booked promptly and undertaken as arranged. The surveyor was polite and very thorough. On the day he provided clear verbal advice on the likely cause of the cracking and recommendations for further necessary drainage surveys and repair works. The report was received very quickly and was sufficiently detailed. I would use WAE again and recommend to others.

  Structural survey for my property

  The process was easy from initial telephone contact to the finished report, with great customer service keeping me informed along the way, including narrowing down the appointment slot on the day. During the survey I never felt rushed and got to ask as many questions as I needed and felt fully engaged and listened to as we walked around the property inside and out. The report turn around was quick and provided me with the information and reassurance I was seeking. I’d happily recommend Wilson Architectural Engineering

  Excellent report and value, worth knowing access needs

  We used Wilson Architectural Engineering for a structural survey during a house purchase and were very pleased overall. The quote was competitive, the report arrived quickly, and it was detailed and extremely useful. Arranging access through the estate agent was more complicated than expected, and at one point we lost a slot we thought was confirmed. On the day there was also some confusion over the contact point, but once underway the survey went smoothly. The final report was excellent and we would recommend them.
