Emergency call around 10 am for a boiler not working. Sutti quoted straight away.and came at 3.30pm. Problem identified ad sorted out in 30 mn. Excellent efficiency answering our call and time promise kept. We would recommend this company.

Let down twice, that's enough for me. He was polite enough but he didn't want to drive 45 mins for a quote, which is his choice but he shouldn't have accepted the job and wasted a lot of my time by letting me move things to accommodate him when he couldn't turn up. Being disabled I don't have much free time to do things.
