  Bathroom renovation including structural work

  Willtech has provided building services for our family in the past and we were keen to rebook them for this job to turn our ‘bat cave’ bathroom into something more modern, safe and family friendly. This included replacing a sunken bathtub with a walk in shower. The work was very competitively priced and Andy provided a detailed invoice as usual. Communication was great. Steve and Shane finished the job in good time and to a high standard, and kept everything clean along the way. They are very professional in what they do. 10/10.

  Internal and external building work

  Willtech have completed all of the work to a high standard. They have done an excellent job in renovating my home. Including removing walls, blocking up door ways and replacing ceilings. The plastering is really good. They have also carried out repairs to the external brickwork and roof. The whole team especially Steve are excellent. I would definitely recommend.

  New large cupboard above staircase.

  Very happy with the work carried out by Andy and his team. They created a new opening in an old lathe and plaster wall and built a large cupboard above the staircase giving us much needed extra storage space. They were punctual, reliable, friendly, professional, adaptable, produced great quality work, and the final cost didn't increase over the original quote. Overall, I would highly recommend Andy and his team and we are very pleased with how the new cupboard turned out. We will definitely get in touch again if we have a bigger project to get done.

  Single Storey Rear Extension plus WC (4 Months)

  We were impressed with Andy Wills and his approach to us and our project. He was realistic about what could be achieved, by when and for how much. Importantly, he gave us the confidence we were looking for from a contractor. His estimate was well structured, detailed and clear on the elements of the works and the costings. Subsequent in-build revisions were never a problem. Andy’s core team of Rob, Steve and Shane were great - polite, considerate and friendly. Their work was carried out to a high standard. We were apprehensive, but it was a positive experience. It was worth the years wait.

  Kitchen Refurbishment

  The builders removed all the old kitchen base units, appliances, worktops, wall units, wall tiles, flooring and cleared to the tip. Installed Howdens kitchen as per agreed plan. This included laying new flooring, worktop with wall tiles, base units and wall units. Installing new built-in oven with four hotplate hob and extractor hood, plus new LED ceiling batten light. Applying Dulux emulsion and matt to ceiling and walls respectively. In addition, for the lounge, to prepare and apply Dulux emulsion and matt to ceiling and walls.
