  James, Willow Services, is a man who cares about the work he undertakes. The job will always get done and any problems or concerns of his customers, he will see them right. He is highly reommended and is the plumber to call for your plumbing needs. Friendly and helpful, he will visit and chat through the job and you will get a fair quote.

  Good and professional for our bathroom plumbing requirements

  Must admit very impressed with the work we had done-Sean (who did our work on our bathroom and downstairs toilet) was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. He even worked all day on one of the hottest days of the year! Also he cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. Would be very happy to use Willow Services again. Many thanks.

  Avoid that company

  I posted a review around 8 weeks ago in the belief I would have been treated professionally by this company. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. After numerous messages and promises I still haven't received my boiler service report and receipt for my payments. Completely ignored, and James are just the type who is talking and promising and unfortunately trying to promote himself as a very professional trades man. This is NOT the case. Empty talk, ignorance and unprofessional is a more suitable description
