Willmont recently adapted our house extension to accommodate bigger patio doors. They are happy to advise on building projects and they work with their clients to ensure that the work meets the clients expectations. Their team consists of experts in all the trades, so if for example an electrical problem is discovered during building works, they have someone available who can come and rectify it immediately, often on the same day. They are our 'go-to' builders and they always 'go the extra mile'.

Work was carried out efficiently and charged according to quotation. Everyone was pleasant and polite.

At last, a local building company I have found who I can rely on not to have massive lead times, delays or hidden costs or overspends. Turn up when they say they will, stay til the job is finished, no going off to other jobs mid project. Do a great job, tidying as they go, respectful of home and family. Willmont Building Services complete Phase 2 of our office refurb and we’re really happy with how it all went. They were easy to deal with from start to finish, kept us informed along the way, and made sure the work fitted around us so we could keep the office running with as little disruption as possible. The standard of the work is great, everything was finished on time, and any small snagging bits were sorted quickly. The team were friendly, respectful, and kept the place tidy while they were here, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely recommend and will use them again.

We had some complex requirements that we outlined up front and as the job was carried out had positive conversations about changes in scope.
