We heard a loud clonk and suddenly water was gushing through the washroom and kitchen extension ceilings. We turned off the water but were then left without any water. Mark was amazing, responding straight away on a Saturday morning. He accessed the loft space and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed a new part and gave advice on how to dry out the affected ceilings and insulation. Would thoroughly recommend.

Once again Mark provided very useful advice to help me sort the problem out. Would not hesitate to recommend Mark and he will be our first point of call for our other work soon.

Mark responded to our first request for a service to our heat pump. Thereafter Mark has promised on countless occasions to provide a quote for additional work. 4 months later and I am still waiting. If Mark had suggested he wasn't interested in the work, I would have been happy to find someone else. After 8 or more calls to Mark, where he has continued to promise a quote, I have finally given up. Excuses have resembled that of a teenager attempting to find an excuse for not completing homework. I have been v. Patient but been rewarded with unforgivably poor service. Don't use.

Mark wasn't able to help us due to distance but did offer us an alternative and helped us out massively.

An excellent service provided, with good value for money. Prompt assessment of fault, accurate quote supplied and I was kept informed of likely time of visit. Dan was friendly and took great care to clean, repair and test the boiler. It is running better than ever.
