  Brad responded quickly in response to a request for a quote. He arranged for specialists to remove asbestos cement cladding from our garage and both reclad with wood and re roofed the garage. He worked hard in very hot weather and did a very good job.

  Garden decking

  Brad removed the old rotten decking and framework in preparation for the installation of replacement decking complete with pergola, banister, platform and stepped area. Outstanding work throughout the project, very professional and reliable service, literally worked in all weather conditions to get the job finished. Also refurbished the utility room, relocated cabinets and replaced worktops . Would highly recommend.

  I couldn’t recommend Williams Carpentry & Property Maintenance Limited enough. Right from the first interaction to the end of the project they adhered to what we wanted to achieve with the extension, whilst offering their professional opinion and consulting with us every step of the way. Their experience and knowledge is unmatched and that’s shown in the end result. Really sound bunch of lads as well
