I chose Williams due to their other great feedback for similar work. I wanted some minor step cracking on the corner of the building made good , with helical bars for extra peace of mind. I wanted it done correctly and to a high standard, so although the quote was higher than other id had, it was more important to me that the person doing the work was experienced & would take care and effort to disguise the repairs & repair the wall in a way that was in keeping with the age of the house. I was happy with the quality of the work and they took time to select a matching bricks and repointing.

Luke did an excellent job repointing the front and side of my 19th century house. The finished work looks great and communication was excellent throughout the project. Highly recommended.

We needed some brickwork stitched and some bricks replaced on the external walls of our house. Luke was open, clear and explained all details of his work from start to finish. his initial quote was professional and well explained. He gave advice over the phone prior to commiting to any work and travelled to the property for an inspection prior to any commitment also. The work has been carried out to a great standard, with photo evidence taken throughout to supply my insurance company. Even did some extra bits of repointing for us before he left. Very pleased with the work done.

We were very pleased with the boundary walls which Luke built in December 2025. Communication was clear, courteous and he showed consideration with our need to be flexible on some days. Work was slower than might have been, partly impacted by weather. However Luke showed attention to detail and left the site clean and tidy each day.

Luke did a fantastic job and had excellent communication all throughout the process. He carried out a very thorough repair to the left hand driveway wall on my property, and repointed a much larger area than I originally envisaged. The results are fantastic and I feel a lot safer about parking closer to the wall now. Luke also left my driveway in an excellent and clean condition after the work was carried out, arguably leaving the driveway cleaner than what it was before. I couldn't be more pleased, I only wish I had booked this repair even sooner!

Really happy with the repointing done on our porch. Done within half a day to a very good standard. Luke was very tidy and professional. Would consider using them again for any further work.
