Great service. Responded quickly to my request on Checkatrade and made the effort to fit me in around their other work. Arrived on time and carried out the job promptly and with no hassle. Only a small job but I have to say they were the only company to actually get in touch, even though several others were “interested” apparently. I’d highly recommend them for any roof related work you might have.

Repair leak to roof, strengthen rafters, replace valley

Bill was great to work with, got back to all queries very quickly and felt comfortable we were being taken care of. The two men who did the works were always on site bright and early, polite and you wouldn't know they were there if it wasn't for hearing their works happening. Everything left clean and tidy when they finished the job. They noticed some things that needed some attention that would have caused problems if left ignored which was appreciated. All works were completed in good time. Recommend this company and would always choose to use them again.

Leak in area of back corner of dorma flat roof

We had used this company before. The first job they did for us was to replace the roof and skylights on our large extension. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the work they did then … therefore we had no hesitation whatsoever having them back to do this other job at the front of the house. In addition, the drone took images of an area out of sight near the chimney which also needed attention … luckily caught before a bigger problem arose. We really like the fact that the drone shows you exactly what”s going on on your roof… very professional and trustworthy.

Ridge tiles and flat roof repair

Williams & Henry arrived to inspect my roof problem on time. Inspection carried out using a drone. Firm quote given on the day. Quote accepted.
Roofers arrived on time to carry out the work. They were polite and helpful at all times and Bill checked several times to ensure the work was carried out to specification.
It hasn’t rained since so I can’t be 100% confident the leak has been fixed. I am 100% confident that the work was completed to a professional standard.
I would have no hesitation in using Williams & Henry again. Very professional and competent company

Roof repair

Bill and his team have delivered work of excellent quality and service. We’ve used him both at our own property last year for a new flat roof and also recently for a small job at my aunt’s house. The work delivered was done to a very high standard - Bill himself was constantly on-site supervising and communicating to ensure that we were happy throughout. We found him to be both friendly and personable and his team worked hard to get the job done. At my aunt’s house he completed a small job to the same high standard and we were very grateful - and she was delighted. Highly recommended.
