Hi Mark, I left a review but being pestered for one -or was that purely a survey? I'll try to replicate my good words shortly

First contact with an ASHP engineer since installation. Explained the principles which I thought I knew (my knowledge incomplete!) and gave tips on it's operation too. Well pleased - a non-functioning system now operating properly. I'll be calling on him again next year! Also recommending him to my family over in his local area.

Good communication before and during the job. Efficient and didn’t have to replace the plinth which is a bonus. Sealed the whole thing back up too.

I had a very pleasant experience and my issue was resolved.
