Practical solution to an ongoing issue without needing to completely redo the bathroom.

Originally we had a different plumber booked who cancelled the day before they were due to come. Finding a replacement the same day, Williams A1 agreed to come over the very next day! Great bloke, very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly and carried out the service work to a very high standard. Couldn't be more impressed. Highly recommended tradesman!

After the initial phone call on a Saturday morning Mark arrived as said about an hour. He not only completed the work but explained everything to me. All questions were answered with confidence and knowledge.. Mark asked me to keep an eye on it and if it leaked to call him again. As of yet all is good
